Record a document (eRecording) Submit a signed deed, satisfaction, lien, or other instrument to a Florida county's Official Records.
Court-record retrieval Copies from a court file, by case number. Scheduled runs cover the Seminole County Clerk.
Official Records retrieval A recorded deed, mortgage, lien, or other instrument, by instrument number, book and page, or names.
Certified copy pickup A certified document already prepared by a Clerk, Recorder, or agency, collected and delivered.
Certified judgment bundle A certified copy of a Seminole County judgment, retrieved and then recorded in another Florida county.

2 The document to record
Upload the PDF exactly as the notarization platform delivered it. Do not print, rescan, flatten, or edit it; changing the file can break its electronic seal and lead to rejection. The PDF is not returned. When the county records it, the recorded image, instrument number, and county receipt are emailed to the requesting party's email in step 4.
Do not mail anything yet. Your confirmation email gives the mailing address and your request number. You can upload a scan now so we can check it before you send the original.

2 The court record
Clerk of CourtRequired Scheduled runs cover the Seminole County Clerk, 101 Eslinger Way, Sanford. Other counties are quoted in writing.
